We celebrate diversity and stand against intolerance, always. Together, Trustees make sure the charity is well managed, risks are assessed and mitigated, buildings and equipment are in good working order, and everyone follows legal requirements and Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Group Leadership Team helps all volunteers (including young leaders) within the group to work together to plan and deliver high-quality programmes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently the same volunteers serve on the trustee board and leadership team.
